Hey all

! Been having lots of fun since pulling out my dehydrator and it made me wonder if anyoene else here makes their own supplements. So far ive only done some raw spinach powder but i want to do tomatos, carrots, beets, kale/chard/ect as well. Its nice to be able to just open a jar and sprinkle some veggies right into a smoothie, pasta sauce, chilli, or soup

. I really like the conveiniance of it and that im actually getting a whole food in a conveinient form.
Ive heard of people making eggshell vinager and stuff like calcium or bone meal powder for putting in capsules andim currious what you all do. Anyoen willing to share?
