No not now but I have had I got them done before my wedding but the 3 week touch up's were to expensive, but they were so pretty while I had them . Sigh:depressed:
How long have you had them? When I got mine removed the nails underneath were so thin like paper:boggle:

I've had acrylic nails on and off for years. I love them - they are so strong and look so pretty (I get the white tips - sometimes referred to as FrenchTip) but Alley Cat's right - when I finally get them off my real nails are very thin and brittle. It takes me at least six months to grow out the damaged area.

I've gotten tips and fills at many places, but my favorites, I swear, are from those little "Nail Shops" here in Texas that are owned and operated by Asian couples. There is a little Taiwanese couple who crack me up - he doesn't speak fluent English but he's always telling his wife what to say to me - and it's hilarious. When he makes me laugh - he breaks out singing!!!! She just shakes her head. He can do my fill in 10 minutes flat.

I've heard alot of "danger" stories about these "nail shops" and the hygiene and quality of their nails/glue, etc. I have been to a few that were disgusting but there are two here in town that always do a great job for me and I've never had any allergic reaction or infection from either place.

here's a link to one of the "warnings" that explains things pretty well.

sorry my answer seems to be so "wishy-washy". :geek:
