I'm solidly at 40" but sitting here doing S & D and comtemplating a trim back to hip length. My ends are making me nuts and I don't think I can stand it much longer.

Pookatrina I was just about to start a thread. Such a good idea, I have to wait until my DD can help me measure in a while but I am hoping for 28 inches on the nose. We'll see.

im so glad to have a measure in to post in because i can really see a difference. i usually post at the very end of the month but with LHC down for so long ive been unable.

this is me about a week before joining LHC i beleive that it was the end of august but i cant be sure because LHC is down. i am pre henna in the pic. henna straightened out my untamable waves a little. its just past shoulder

I'm at 31.25 as of this morning, too bad I can't remember what my previous measurement was! It might have been 31, which would give me .25 for the month, which is better than no growth.

Oh, well, I figure I can post more than one place. I'm *bored* as I don't have much work right now. :depressed:

Anyway: Got a full inch! :whoohoo: Somehow... :ooh: Went from just under 46.25" (I think...pretty sure it was just 'barely', 'sorta' 46.25"...) to somewhere between 47.0 and 47.25" (I got a lot of both, including some just over 47.25"), so just under 47.25", and a gain of an inch. My hair just doesn't grow that much at a time (or hasn't), so I'm thrilled, especially after it didn't grow much last month.

I'm at 20.7. I can't remember previous measurement since it's in my journal. I have probably gotten around 0.5" as usual.

My fringe has gone from 10cm to 13cm in January. :whoohoo:
I haven't measured it the traditional forum way yet, but the bottom parts have about an inch until they brush shoulders. Unfortunately the whole of my head is the same length, so it will be a while until it is really shoulder-length. :whyme:
However, can't complain about the 3cm. :)

I decided inches, cenemeters and twips are not a good way for me to measure. My 40 inches could be waist on a taller person..and most are taller!
I like land/body marks.

I'm at tailbone, 35¾"...½" of growth. Next milestone is classic - about 43"

This month is 70cm as measured by my DH, though I'm sure it's a bit longer due to lots of wave... I might add to this entry once I have the wet measurement as well. (Now just to remember to measure when wet.)


ETA: 70cm = 27.5 inches

Well, I'm just flabbergasted! My hubby measured me at 49 inches and that was the bulk. There were many gallopers beyond that. However, he trimmed it back to 48 inches. It is time to stay in one place for a while and discard some very old ends. :)

I decided to stop measuring in inches... it was just getting me down. :rain: So, this month my hair is slightly below the bottom of my collar bones. I am trying for fairy-tailing it until Feb. of 2010... we will see how that goes. :boggle:

I've given up waiting to post on the LHC and so am posting here. I've now gotten down to 24.75", about 0.75 inches of growth this month. :) I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I manage to get just a minimum of 3 more inches length before my graduation in July.

I'm at 28 inches. I've no idea what I grew last month as I had 6 inches cut off in January and I wasn't measuring before or after. Just measured the day I got it cut and then just now for this thread (does that make sense??). ;)

29.5in, 5. of an inch growth for the month of January, but I had no growth at all for December, and an entire inch in November. This Stop-start-run-stop-crawl growth my hair is doing is kind of disapointing...I just want it to run all the time...or at least grow at a constant rate.

My January trim took me from 21 to 20 inches, and now I'm back to 21! Hurrah!
