Folks i need your help!!!

Over the last 6 months i've noticed something very very annoying!!! I could easily spend about 20-30mins doing my make-up heading on a night out...

Same ritual every time... shower moisturise make-up then hair... by the time my hair is done which doesn't take long at all cause it's poker straight... on top of my eye lids is wet... touching in any way to dry it wipes off half my eye shadow :purplex:

does anyone know what causes this, i bought eye drops, not helping, my eye's don't be watery but the lids do we wet... i'd nearly have to do my eye make-up about 3-4 times before i leave the house to go on a nite out... even eye liner can be impossible to put on in the corner of my eyes next to my nose, i'd have to wipe them 2-3 times with cotton buds and put the eye liner on straight away :pissed:

It's so annoying, i have to attend an awards night this Friday, a cricket dinner dance in 3 weeks and a black tie awards nite 2 weeks after that... and my eye's are just a pain in the arse to say the least i need your help!! :lafhard:

I wish I had an answer for you! I have the same problem, ever since having laser surgery 4 years ago. Usually it only happens if it is really bright outside, or windy, but it is a huge pain. It usually only happens on one eye, too, which is worse. At least they could both look the same otherwise ;)

I'm a little confused. Your eyelids are WET or oily and your makeup is creasing? Are your eyes watering causing the wetness or are they magically getting wet?

If they are getting wet and you can't tell why, my thought is this: You are allergic to your eye makeup. I started using Almay (how funny I'd be allergic to the brand that is supposed to be the best) and it made my eyelids actually get wet. Then it would crust over and flake. I was having an allergic reaction. When I switched back to my old eyemakeup that completely stopped.

Try changing your makeup for a week or so and see if that helps.

Hope I interpreted that right :)
