Sunburn

I got a really bad sunburn last Sat mostly on my upper back and shoulders, I have using Ahava lotion on it so that has stopped the peeling. I have been using heat to stop the pain, I haven't done anything to help the pain.

Any ideas?

Ouch, I generally use aloe vera gel and cold packs on sunburn

I use the blue colored aloe gel, it has Lidocaine in it, which is a topical analgesic.
