I am a picky purse person and I don't want to carry a big purse (if it's big, I'll fill that sucker to the MAX and my back/shoulders will ache). I know the fashion is to have a big purse (Amy's was big enough that when we went to a party on campus, I only carried my teeny cash-wallet in my pocket and she carried her purse. In that purse were her things plus a six-pack of beer (for her) and a bottle of wine (for me). And the thing still closed just fine, lol!

I just got a purse that is leather (Thank Heaven for TJMaxx!) and only paid $25 for it. Let me see if I can grab a pic...

There you go. And click on the little thumbnail that shows the inside lining. It's not that cheap, rough woven cotton stuff, it's nice, thick satin. And my purse is that exact color, too. I love, love LOVE it!

Hey, I've been drooling over some stone mountain handbag on eBay just recently!

However, hubs convinced me to jump on the Michelle's bandwagon. Now I have the big bag and the mini. Only three covers for the large and two mini covers. So far...
They don't make any cute ones for the mini yet. I don't want to have to get the classic size just to have a cute handbag.

Sticking with glossy black and deep red for now. Oh, and a teal mini cover that I never use.

I'm glad I didn't purchase the purse I saw the other night at Kohl's. For less than the price of that one, I got the Hilfiger bag (greatly reduced at Ross), and two chrome items I needed for my bathroom. A chrome toilet brush caddy with big clear jewels for the handle and another chrome basket with big suction cups for holding shampoo/conditioner/face scrub in the shower. I spent less than $35 altogether!

Justy, my local Hallmark store carries Michi bags. If I can find them in my stupid podunk town you should be able to find them where you live. I see they come in 2 sizes now which is cool.
