Avatars: Back of head shots

I really enjoy looking at all the different, and pretty avatars on here. I also notice that many have'nt posted pictures of the back of their heads (as funny as this may sound, lol)


Question: Do you enjoy looking at all the different ones, we see here better, or the ones with the "back of head shots" better? I personally like all these pretty ones I see here better.

I love seeing long hair in people's avatar or signature. The pretty ones are nice too, but the long hair ones are so inspirational on the days that I just feel like like chopping mine all off! :)

Personally, I love it when someone has a cool avatar and they put their hair / beauty picture in their signature.

i like the change of scenery with the new avatars.i'll always enjoy the ones on lhc but these are a nice change from the norm.and i don't even know what my sig on here will be like

At LHC, I have a fun avatar and put my hair shot in my signature. But yes, I love seeing the long hair. Right now I am missing all the pretty hair pics.

I miss our signatures with all the hair related stuff...it doesn't seem appropriate for this forum though...y'know? Plus, there is a smaller sig size for these forums...anything taken would have to be sooo much smaller. Same with the avatars.

ETA: I do not find it funny if a real person fell down stairs...but watching that non-real guy fall down teh stairs over and over again just makes me think it's funny. If a real person got hurt then I'd be like...:( Also...it has a good life lesson there. Do not fall down stairs...it hurts! I should know...I fell while going up some and it hurt...

I like my avatar here. Yay for dragonflies! Then again, this is one that I use as one of my Livejournal icons. I can't use my avatar at LHC as an LJ icon. I don't really have an opinion on seeing other people's avatars, I guess.

I also have hair in my siggy picture here... I just couldn't resist! :grinhappy:

I'd have to agree with you. I love looking at the hair pics on LHC, and they are inspirational, but I just thought some of the ones on here are so cute.

I also loved cichlid's fishy one, the fish swimming around one but it wasn't in existence for long. I used to have cichlids in my tank long ago.

I like personalized avatars, whether hair or other designs.

I think the ones here are potentially confusing because many people can select exactly the same one. (Even if you checkthe Members List first, that doesn't guarantee someone else won't come along later and fall in love with the one you liked.)

Then again, maybe that opens possibilities of an avatar club.

I prefer hair pics to be in siggies where they are bigger. Especially when its a length picture. There are some updo's that make very good avatars though. I suppose it depends on the quality of the picture being used.

I'm loving the variety here, new avatars are fun!

I was getting tired of the guy falling down the stairs anyway. Fishies go pook, pook, pook! I had to fix it though...the file size was slightly too big for this forum.

But anyway...it fits my user name. I have another fish one but it is not appropriate for this forum. It says "Don't drink water...fish ____ in it." And the empty space is a nasty word. It begins with the same letter as fish if you catch my drift. :sweatdrop:

I like personality-showing avatars (or just random ones :grinhappy: ) for both sites and back of head siggys for LHC. That might not be fitting here (the siggys) though it would make it easier to tell who was who :lol:

I have so many avatar ideas saved on my photobucket account that I'm just glad I have the chance to use this one. Long hair ones just don't seem appropriate for this forum...ya know? I'm sure I'll be switching up every now and then on this one :lafhard:

I like avatars with hair in a beautiful updo and siggypics that show the length,
