View Full Version : Ficcare GO (I think my thread disappeared!)

Update, for those who have not been able to track their package:

I was freaking out yesterday because the PO told me that they couldn't track anything, and only some of the people's packagers were showing up on my computer. I went back this morning to talk to the manager, and by then the problem was figured out. This was a mistake I made, or rather, my computer made, but I take the blame! I used the Paypal shipping service because it protects both me and you, and apparently my printer didn't do a good job printing out the postage labels, and the area that "proves" that the postage was paid wasn't legible by the electronic readers that they use. What a mess! So I had to retrieve all the ones they handed over and I've been reprinting labels after borrowing a neighbor's better printer. (of course I had to notify paypal that I needed replacement labels).

This did NOT affect any int'l orders! None of those were returned, and I addressed those by hand.

I have already reprinted and sent most of the "rejects" and will finish up shortly.

While I'm finishing, enjoy a few fun(ny) Ficcare shots from my kitchen, this is sort of "Where's Waldo" you have to find you own clips, LOL. I'm saving the funniest photos of me and my sisters and the grand lineup for the story, but here's a lot of "candid shots":

Ooooh pretty! Thanks for the photos, Birdie - I think I can see my large lime green max in the first photo (because of course nobody ordered the same clips as me *silly*) ;)

I see not my ficcare... *much poutage* I guess it'll be more fun when it arrives if I've not seen the pictures. *sits under the letterbox some more*

What color is the one in the last picture? Should be "lŽautunno" (as opposed to primavera) by the look of it. :)

Birdie~ it's all ok we will get our toys and nothing bad has happend. No blame needs to be laid.

Did you lookin in the GO area. That was where it was posted origanly. If not chalk it up to gliches in the machinary. New sites always have bugs.

No worries Birdie. So long as the USPS didn't make a snack of our cilps, we're all happy ;) I guess I'll stop harassing the postman for a couple of days :lol:

Looked it up, I think it is the Glittery Primavera in Tortoise (8862 Tort). Beautiful! Something for my next Wish List!

My thoughts exactly! I'm not usually big on glitter, but that one looks subtle, rather than in-your-face glitteratzi.

So, when was the next order planned, hmm?!:innocent:

Yep, Peggy, I also shy away from tons of glitter, but that one has the crystals artfully woven into a complementary background color, so the effect is more tone-on-tone than too-sparkly.

But I'm not asking Birdie about another GO, poor dear is probably sick of this!! Which is better than being sick of us!!

Dangit, Birdie...now I wished I had participated in that Ficcare GO with all those pretty Ficcares that you posted...you have anymore pictures? THEY ARE ALL SO PRETTY...and you took great pictures of them. :drool: One of these days though I will join in on one of the GOs...one of these days. Though it depends on how much I enjoy the one my BF is getting me for my b-day. :happy:
