www.OPI.com (http://www.opi.com/) has the list of colors and nail treatments. I can also get spa ritual and Seche color and treatments but I don't know the price so if you want it let me know and I will check. If you can think of anything else just ask, I may know a place to find the info.

I haven't thought of a closing date. As long as it's done by the time school starts I am OK with it. Let me know when would be good for you.

Uh... What is this "Sticky" stuff I keep reading about? A base coat? Is it anything as good as Seche top coat? Is it available? If so... How much? I need a good, won't let my polish chip base coat and the OPI just isn't getting it done, well. :grinhappy:

I found the creatives. Sticky is available. The price is for the normal .5 oz size. I can get the pro 2.3 oz size also. The Nail Tek files do have a lifetime warrenty. And they have grit on both sides. Unfortunaatly I couldn't find the Nic Sticks. Anything else?

Shermie on my nails nothing works as well as the OPI natural nails base coat. You may have picky nails that you need to experiment with. Posh makes a decent base coat so does creative. I went through many, and I mean many, base and top coats before I found ones I am happy with.

Personally, I think I'd lean more towards the authenticity of the OPI site's colors over those on eBay.

Not that I don't trust eBay (*cough*cough*), it's simply the fact OPI would have the best tools going for their marketing/promotional pics, whereas the eBay seller more likely does not....

I think I am going to give the Creative Sticky a whirl. OPI base is okay, but doesn't quite do the job. If Sticky isn't my cuppa, I'll try something else. There has to be a base coat for my nails out there, somewhere. lol :lafhard:

Yes, Kimberlily, the France collection. Pretty colours. I say them in my Ulta mailer and went ga-ga. They are listed on the OPI site. Under Fall 2008 or something like that.

Thanks BBG, I think I might do that! I really do like some of those fancy French colours :D . Other than the new ones, I'm am struggling not to order several shades of red. To go with the several shades of red I have already. Plus I quite like the red one in the new collection.


Peggy - looking again, I think you're probably right. The lovely mauve shades on the OPI site are described as purples, but on the ebay thingy they appear to be pink....so I'll go with the OPI colours - YAY! I liked the OPI ones better!!

Funny, the French collection wasn't there when I looked the other day :)

Does anyone know what colour the model is wearing in the pic on the OPI homepage? Because I must have it. I'm guessing it is either Tickle my Francy or Parlez-Vous OPI, but it looks too brown to be Parlez-Vous, but too dark to be Tickle. Herm.

Which picture do you mean? The main site home page, where the model is wearing a hat? in which case I'd guess it is either 'Eiffel for this colour' or 'I'm fondue of you" - though it looks quite red...so maybe 'Bastille my heart'?

If you mean the France cllection picture of the model in the big purple frilly thing, then I'm guessing it's either 'We'll always hav Paris' or 'Louvre me Louvre me not'.

I must admit, I'm finding it VERY hard to narrow down my selection to anything any where near sensible. I love ALL the France collection!

Ooooh that's gorgeous (nice ring too). I think that has to be Parlez-vous OPI. It does look browner though, but if you open both screens at the same time and put the pic of the polish next to it, I think they could be the same colour, just shot with differnet lighting. I can't see anything else I think it could be. Parlez-vous looks the closest to me.

Mind you, taking light into account, you could be right about the 'jacques', especially as they describe it a a shade of taupe (not that I've ever been sure exactly what 'taupe' is mind you) It's probably too soon for any action shots to be up on Nailgal - but I'll go take a look just in case!

:lol: that's what I did too. Comparing them side by side, it could be Parlez-vous OR Jacques, because the lighting is likely very different in the model photo than it is in the product photo. How frustrating!

LOL the color is parlez-vous opi? and on her lips she is wearing baguette me not. Having the paperwork for the professionals really helps. I had no idea that regular advertising didn't have it printed on the bottom.

We'll always have Paris is very similar to Mrs O'Leary's BBQ, which I have already. I'm not too sure about Bastille my heart either.....it looks so rich and velvety in the pics, but it's a little disappointing IRL. Having done a sneaky test on my nail I would say Bastille has raspberry overtones - kind of a magenta-red.

You don't know Jacques is a pale greyish colour, a tone between the parlez vous and the tickle my France-y. It's actually really nice.
