We've been approchaed by a friend who is swearing by Goji juice.

I've read some good stories about the benefits, but the price tag is scary (at about $150 a month for my husband and I, at 2oz a day).

This is for a specific brand of Goji juice, though.

Does anyone else have expereinces with goji juice, and with a cheaper 'brand' of it? The $150 is the price for 4 x 1 liter bottles, including shipping.

I was just searching for information on it since I'd never heard of it before and it seems there's a "miracle" story for just about ever ailment

I wonder if you could find the berries anywhere... It seems that if you could get the berries, it would be powerful without all the branding costs involved. Especially if they were flash frozen.

Hm...I'm off to do some more reading on this. If you try it, please update! :)

All goji berries are from Tibet, and all export of goji berries goes through www.gojiberry.com. If it doesn't come from Tibet, it's just a wolfberry. Wolfberries are nightshades, like lulo and brinjal.

I bought some goji berries to try out. I wasn't very impressed. I'd rather have acai or acerola.

Here are a few more web sites that discuss it without the hype:
http://chetday.com/gojijuice.htm
http://www.supplements-guide.com/supplements-index/goji-juice/

The first fella advises people to hold onto their money until more research is done, but does admit that the evidence is promising, and that the juice tastes great.

The second site advises people to do pretty much the same, and reminds folks that it is sold as an MLM (multi-level marketing) and believe it might be a fad, like other 'miracle juices' have been.

Goji Juice is truly wonderful I've been taking it since February and it has done so much for me as my diet is so restricted due to my digestive problems the price is high but at the moment I couldn't manage without it
