I was already at 23 posts or something and suddenly Im back to 19..did I do something wrong?:(

I have no idea (not a mod here, you know), but will GUESS that some of the posts you did on forums that end up not counting towards total-post-count? As this wonderful site has grown by leaps and bounds recently (with the LHC upgrade-closure), there may be small upgrades that are happening daily here that we just don't notice becase the boards aren't going down for it?

I haven't changed any post counts. I did have the software recount all posts, though.
