If you have time today please pray, light a candle, meditate, or do whatever you do to whomever you do it to for my Theoden. He's currently hospitalized at the veterinarian's office with what we believe to be acute peritonitis....I won't go into it, but it can be fatal....he's doing better today than last night, but we're still not out of the woods.

He's my big, goofy boy and I don't know what I'd do if I lost him :(

I brought Theoden home yesterday, and he's doing much better! He's definately not 100%, but at least he's walking and wagging his tail and he's bright and alert.

He's drinking, but still doesn't want to eat a whole lot; that will probably take a while. He's on Reglan for the vomiting and some antibiotics. His white blood cell count came down by half (still about 1,000 above normal, but doable!) and all his blood chems came back to normals, also. No fever.

So again, thanks for all the lovely support! I'll keep you guys updated on how he progresses! And here's a picture of him:

Theoden passed away VERY unexpectedly this evening about 5 pm. He was wagging his tail at me one minute, then gone the next. That fast.

I'll give more details later.
