I'm not exactly sure what you mean by natural moisturizers, but Aveeno (http://www.aveeno.com/) makes a line of skin care products that feature oatmeal.

Are you looking at aloe vera, glycerin type things or a shop bought moisturiser?

Kinda, but more of a hand made product.
I've tried using oils as a moisturizer, my skin didn't like.

Aloe vera and glycerin aren't oils, I'd try some different oils or maybe jojoba as it's a wax not an oil, but that's me. I've been reading this (http://www.abc.net.au/rn/talks/8.30/helthrpt/stories/s2015.htm) article about skin basically needing water and grease. I know that most oils don't work for me as well but I use non petroleum sorbolene because of my sensitivities. I tend to mix things into it like aloe vera as well. HTH somewhat.
