Untouched Beauty versus Raw Beauty?

I don't know if this is the right spot to ask this or not, but I am curious about under everyone's name, it says "untouched beauty" or I saw "Raw Beauty" and the bar on "Raw Beauty" had a little color to it. What does this mean? Does it have to do with number of posts or length of membership? Just curious..:confused:

They're simply member titles, in terms of post count.
